Why Am I Always Posting Pictures Of Food On My Page?

Why Am I Always posting pictures of food on my page? I have to share this funny question my friend  sent me Friend:  Ru sure u made the right career choice, cause I feel like u should have probably become a chef, cook, caterer, restaurant owner as a matter of fact anything to do wid food My Answer: The more I studied  Medical Technology, and since I have lived here in America I have realized that many people get sick easily, have unhealthy diets, and are on prescription drugs because they dont eat properly. Growing up in Jamaica, I learned how to prepare healthy meals and how to have a healthy diet and so I  have managed to stay healthy and I dont look like the majority of other 33 year olds who live in America. That is why I promote healthy eating on my facebook page. The key to a healthy diet is simple. Cook your own food, limit fast food and prescription drugs. Other habits that help are to get plenty of rest, water and exercise, find something to laugh a...

the weather in Houston

Is it just me or did it feel like they turned up the Sun today? the people in Houston must be very bad since they are being punished like this.

Which society is more forgiving of our young men?

If a male commited a felony when he was younger, but after serving time for the crime, he tried to turn his life around, do you think it is easier for a male to get back on track, to get a job, provide for his family, live in a nice neighbourhood, in Jamaica, or in the States? Through community service I have met a lot of males who do not see a way out of the cycle they have been trapped in. Would it be easier for them to get back on track in Jamaica?

Adventures at 2:38 AM

2:38AM. Monday Morning. Heavy Rain Outside. and that is the time these stray cats who were in Heat chose to come beneath my window and decide to scream at each other. at first i tried to ignore them and hope they would go away, but they had decided they were going to go at each other all night/morning. and so i had to put on my raincoat over my pajamas and my boots and armed with my mop, i had to chase them away. i had no other choice. there was no other way i would have gotten any sleep. i saw one neighbour turn on their lights but nobody else decided to come out and chase the cats away. I know that you people are going to call PETA, but I did not harm them. they can go somewhere else and carry on their activities. of course you know after all that i could not go back to sleep.

Why i love Fiesta Grocery Store

I love fiesta Grocery Store! They should be awarded a prize for keeping food prices low for students like me. I mean how many places can you go with $20 dollars and get 3 grocery bags filled with Grocery for at least 1 week. They should be given a community service award or something. You know what i am not going to wait for someone else to give them an award. I hereby award Fiesta with the Most Cheapest Grocery Store in Poor Communities Humanitarian Award! I Love Fiesta!
